About Me
Hi, I’m Mellisa. I love yoga—the way it brings calmness, happiness, and a quiet inner peace. Just like my favourite colour, pink, yoga reminds me of softness and strength existing side by side.
At The Pink Yoga Club, I hope to create a calming, welcoming space for women seeking a judgment-free yoga practice. Join me to explore how yoga can support your well-being, build physical strength, and help you reconnect with yourself.
I have been practicing yoga for almost ten years and I completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training with Yoga Alliance, where I studied āsanas (poses), prāṇāyāma (breathwork), anatomy, and yoga philosophy. I’m excited to share this knowledge with you and guide you on your yoga journey.
My Classes
I will guide you through each class, connecting breath with movement. Every week I like to create a class with a different theme, ensuring an engaging and friendly practice that keeps your mind and body stimulated, after all yoga is meditation and meditation is yoga.
